This project was a joint initiative of the Churches Industrial Group and the Faith Encounter Programme in 2010-2011.

Three programmes of several weeks each were held in Birmingham and Solihull for people of different faiths to meet and discuss various aspects of the relationship between their faith and their working lives. It was made possible by a grant from the Faiths in Action fund.. The need for improved policies, practices and training was identified. Those who took part are open to providing support and training to employers and will seek opportunities to use the same approach in inter faith groups and business or public service organisations.
